Airboat Rides are subject to availability & are affected by inclement weather. We will contact you with options if selected activities are unavailable for any reason. We will contact you if your reservations will be affected by inclement weather.

With advanced notice, we can provide car seats for children and infants.

We do not always use ADA vehicles but can always pack foldable wheelchairs. Please inform us of your needs.

Payments & BOOKING:

We are always willing to reschedule without penalty for 1) Inclement Weather 2) 48-Hours notice.​
A deposit is due immediately to secure your booking, and the remainder is charged on the day of your excursion.

For cancellations, the deposit will be RETAINED for less than 48 hours notice.​
