Before heading out for a match, consider the following:

ELECTRONIC TICKETS

Orlando City is very strict about having no paper tickets. We Transfer your tickets electronically to you before the match, and will assist with the process before departure because we know technology can be fussy.

NO BAGS

The Stadium has a very specific bag policy, and it is much easier to bring no bags at all. You will be required to go through metal detectors and bag search. If you plan on bringing a bag, here are their requirements:

• One clear bag no larger than 12" by x 6" x 12" OR a one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).

• Guests may carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5" x 6.5", with or without a strap.

• Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse. 

• Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag.  However, diaper bags are not permitted.

• Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.

• Blankets should be carried over the shoulder to be screened more quickly.

• Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried in loosely or in an approved clear bag.

YES BEER

Orlando City does allow alcohol in the stadium, as American soccer matches are usually quite friendly. However, be prepared to pay upwards of $8 for a pint.

BEFORE THE MATCH

Outside of the stadium before the match is a fun-filled party with food trucks, drinks, merch, music, and games. We get you to the stadium with plenty of time to enjoy this pumped up block party.

SEATING

O'scursions standard block of seats is 128, 129, or 121 and 122. If you would like to be in the supporters section (standing only and must wear purple) or seats in other sections, message us about upgrading.
